BeKeto Clarified Ghee is butter with the water, milk proteins and milk sugars removed – leaving pure milk fat with a deep, nutty-buttery aroma and a golden colour. A single ingredient, with no additives, preservatives or sugar.

Clarification raises the smoke point, making ghee ideal for use where ordinary butter would burn – when frying over a high heat, baking and stewing. It is a keto-friendly ingredient and a classic base for bulletproof coffee.
