    Ingredients

    Instant whey protein 91% [WPC (milk), WPI (milk, soy)], L-glutamine 3%, flavouring, sodium carboxymethylcellulose (thickening agent), L-arginine, citric acid, L-leucine 0.2%, salt, sucralose, L-isoleucine 0.1%, L-valine 0.1%, bromelain 0.04%, colour (tartrazine). Contains milk and soy. May contain: gluten, eggs, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide, tree nuts.

    Directions for use

    Dissolve 28 g (2 heaped scoops) in a shaker with 250 ml of water. On training days: 1 serving within 45 minutes after training and 1 serving between meals. On rest days: 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.

    Contraindications

    Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. The product contains milk (whey protein) and soy - do not use in case of allergy to cow's milk protein, lactose intolerance, or soy allergy. Tartrazine contained in this product may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor before use.
