    Aliness ALLHydrate Electrolytes + Creatine Creapure is a sugar-free electrolyte powder drink with 3 g of Creapure® creatine per serving and 6 key electrolytes: sodium, chlorides, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and phosphorus. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise - the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and to electrolyte balance; potassium also contributes to normal muscle function. Green apple flavour, no sugar, no calories - produced in Poland.

    Ingredients

    Creapure® creatine monohydrate, Kłodawa non-iodised rock salt containing sodium and chlorides, potassium citrate (potassium), magnesium citrate (magnesium), calcium lactate (calcium), calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid (phosphorus), acidity regulator: citric acid, natural green apple flavour with other natural flavours, natural colour: copper complexes of chlorophyllin, sucralose.

    Suggested use

    Dissolve one serving (9.5 g / 2.5 scoops) in 1 litre of lukewarm water. Adjust the amount of water to your activity level or taste preferences. Shake before consuming.

    Contraindications
