Bio Planet Raw Organic Cocoa Powder is a product for those who want cocoa that has been processed as little as possible. The raw beans have undergone cryogenic grinding — a technique that preserves heat-sensitive active ingredients: enzymes, antioxidants, flavonoids and minerals, which are partially degraded during traditional roasting. The result is a powder with an intense, deep flavour and a distinct cocoa aroma, with no added sugar, hydrogenated fats or any additives — 100% pure cocoa. The product comes from certified organic farms, with a controlled supply chain.

Unfat-free cocoa contains 52 g of fat per 100 g — including a natural cocoa butter fraction rich in stearic and oleic acids. Compared to popular cocoa mixes for drinks, it contains no sugar, stabilisers or artificial flavourings.

Uses:

Ideal as an ingredient in cakes, brownies, cupcakes and chocolate toppings; for making homemade chocolate and raw desserts; as an addition to smoothies, porridge, muesli and granola; for preparing a cocoa drink with plant-based or cow’s milk. Naturally gluten-free — store in a cool, dry place.

Directions:

Use directly as an ingredient in recipes. For a drink: pour hot milk or water over 1–2 teaspoons (approx. 5–10 g) and stir. The product may combine with fats — add to plant-based milk with a little coconut oil or fat for better dissolution.
