Suggested use

Suggested daily serving: 1/2 teaspoon (approx. 2 g), dissolved in water or another beverage. It is recommended to split the daily intake and take with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any ingredient of this product. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor before use. Beta-alanine may cause a temporary, harmless tingling sensation of the skin (paresthesia) in some individuals; this typically diminishes or resolves after several weeks of regular supplementation.
