Ingredients

Magnesium L-Threonate (Magtein), capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), rice flour, stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide. Does not contain: wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts or sesame.

Suggested Use

Suggested daily serving: 3 Capsules in divided doses - take 1 capsule during the day (preferably early afternoon) and 2 capsules approximately one hour before bedtime.
