    Osavi Ashwagandha Extra 400 mg is a dietary supplement in vegetarian capsules containing 400 mg of ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera), standardised to 2.5% withanolides (10 mg) at a DER ratio of 10–12:1, and vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin (100 µg, 4000% RDA). Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological functions and the reduction of fatigue and tiredness. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Gluten-free and lactose-free.
