OstroVit Omega 3 D3+K2 combines fish oil rich in EPA and DHA fatty acids with vitamins D3, K2 and E in soft, easy-to-swallow capsules. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function, while EPA and DHA together contribute to the normal function of the heart. Vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, and vitamin K2 supports normal blood clotting. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients

Fish oil, gelatin, humectant: glycerol, water, D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, cholecalciferol, menaquinone-7 MK-7 derived from Bacillus subtilis natto, colour: caramel.

Suggested use

Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily, preferably after a meal, with plenty of water. The beneficial effect of DHA on brain function and vision is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA, and the beneficial effect of EPA and DHA on the heart is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA combined. Before use, it is advisable to check your blood 25-(OH)D level and discuss the result with a doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. This product should not be used by children, pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers. This product should not be used by people taking anticoagulant medication containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol).

Precautions

Due to its high fish oil content, this product may have a characteristic fishy smell.
