Palce Lizać Coffee Energy is a carefully crafted blend for bulletproof coffee – a traditional supplement popular in the ketogenic diet. It combines ghee (85%), clarified using a traditional method for 7–8 hours, with unrefined coconut oil (15%).

Exotic spices – Indian cardamom, Ceylon cinnamon and genuine Madagascan vanilla – give the coffee a unique, warm flavour and aroma. The ghee is traditionally clarified, making the product lactose- and casein-free.

Directions

Brew your favourite coffee in a coffee maker or pot. Add at least 1 teaspoon of Coffee Energy to hot coffee in a mug. For a creamy consistency, blend the coffee with the additives for 20–30 seconds – this will create a fluffy foam. You can add a pinch of honey for sweetness.

Storage

Store at room temperature. The consistency varies seasonally: semi-liquid in summer, more solid in winter – this does not affect the quality of the product.
