Each tablet (4.5 g) contains 345 mg of sodium, 65 mg of potassium, 102 mg of calcium, and vitamins B1, B2 and B6. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and helps reduce feelings of tiredness. Dissolve one tablet in 500 ml of water. Low-calorie, sweetened with sucralose.
