Guar gum (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba) 400 mg, capsule shell (gelatin), rice flour, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Suggested use

Take 2 Capsules 1 to 2 times daily, with plenty of water (at least 240 ml). Use as directed by the manufacturer.
